How do I book?

All bookings need to be pre-booked, please use the 'contact us' form or message via Whatsapp on 07972 340845. Once a date and time has been agreed, you will be invoiced for a deposit of 50% of the event's value. Until we have received your deposit your desired date is still open to be booked by other customers, only once your deposit has been received will your appointment be secure.

Terms of Bookings
​
Bookings will be added to the diary as provisional until a booking deposit has been received and the pre-visit checklist finalised. Deposits are non-refundable unless Angel's Animal Ark cancels your booking - we will ALWAYS endeavour to reschedule a booking rather than cancel it. We will not go ahead with any visits or events until all requested paperwork is completed by the customer - this is for the safety and well being of both our animals and our customers.

What Ages do we Cater for?

People of all ages can enjoy our activities and events. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We're happy to try and accommodate anyone, so if you have any specific queries please don't hesitate to ask.

Can We Ride the Ponies?
​
No, all of our ponies are miniature horse breeds and are far too small to be ridden even by young children. However, it is this quality which makes them so unique and engaging!

How early should I book the reindeer for my Christmas Event?
​
The reindeer are in high demand over the holiday season and we start to take bookings up to 12 months before an event. If you are interested in hiring our reindeer we advise that you contact us as early as possible to guarantee your space.

Are there any other Christmas animals we can hire?
​
Yes! We have 3 lovely donkeys who can be hired out for Christmas events. We can also bring the miniature horses to events if you'd like an equine touch to your festive party.

Will you Travel to us?
​
All our prices include travel up to 10 miles from our base. Additional costs (at £1.50* per mile, as calculated by Google maps) are incurred if we have to travel greater distances, but we are happy to discuss your requirements.

What might cause a cancellation or re-booking?
​
The welfare of our animals is our highest priority. Events may be cancelled or visits re-booked if we feel weather conditions are dangerous (i.e. thunder, high winds, heavy snow), or if we have any concerns that continuing the event will endanger their welfare.

No one is answering my calls!
​
If you are unable to connect via phonecall please leave a whatsapp or text message to the same number. We are situated in a place with dodgy phone signal, especially when working out with the animals which is a fulltime job. We will get back to you as soon as possible, don't worry!
